TWAT Camp Out Weekend
Saturday, August 15, 2015, 2 pm - Sunday, August 16, 2015, Noon.
Celebrate the TWAT's 10th Anniversary with the Special PanHash Games

Location: Albion Hills Concervation Area. (Map).
              Pleasantview Group Campground (Map).
Check-In Time: 2:00 PM (Don't set up your tents before then).
Check-Out Time: Noon (Have your tents down by then).
Registration: $100 before August 10th, 2015.
Late Registration: $110 on or after August 10th, 2015..

Proposed Itinerary

2:00 pm - Arrive and set up your tents
2:15 pm - Beer is served
3:00 pm - PanHash Event #1: Trail with Pudding/Jello shots and Beer Check
5:00 pm - PanHash Event #2: Slip and Slide
5:30 pm - PanHash Event #3: Camp Chair Bocce
6:00 pm - Dinner
7:00 pm - PanHash Event #4: BasketBubbles
7:30 pm - Circle
9:00 pm - PanHash Athlete's Village Bonfire - Party till you drop!
8:00 am - Breakfast
10:00 am - PanHash Event #5: Fat Girl Trail
10:30 am - PanHash Awards Ceremony
11:00 am - Lunch
12:00 Noon - Beer Away and All tents must be removed from the camping area

Please note: Park regulations permit the consumption of alcohol on camp sites only. That means we cannot serve beer after Sunday at noon, when our camping permit expires. We are welcome to stay in the public places of the conservation area after noon, but we cannot drink beer.

To Register

  • Send $100 via e-mail transfer (from your financial institution's electronic banking website) to TWATHashCash@hogtownh3.com before August 10th, 2015. Don't forget to also send your transfer password to TWATHashCash@hogtownh3.com.

  • Give $100 cash to a member of TWAT missmanagement before August 10th, 2015.
    - OR -
  • Give $110 cash to a member of TWAT missmanagement on or after August 10th, 2015.

    There will be on-site registration, but we can't guarantee haberdashery, enough food, or (shudder) enough beer if too many people show up unannounced. This is camping, and it's not like we can run out to buy more....

  • This is a camp out. Be sure you bring appropriate camping gear.
  • Car pooling is encouraged. Please arrange through Yahoo groups or MeetUp.
